The use of the nyzodesign.com website constitutes to user’s (“user”) (cumulatively referred to as “you” or “your” hereinafter) acknowledgement that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation these terms and conditions and your consent to the terms of Privacy Policy and other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section of module of nyzodesign.com website. 1.4 REFUNDS
The returned item has to be in excellent and original condition, undamaged and unused. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment within 14 days.
1.5 CONTENT
Content (graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio or text) found on or through this Service are the property of NYZO Design or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from us. The NYZO Design tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. The Website Owner does not promise that the NZYO Design Content is accurate, or error-free and also does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or NYZO Design Content will be error-free or that this website, the NYZO Design Content or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 1.15 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
These services are provided by NYZO Design on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company makes no representations of warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, content and any services or products obtained from us at your sole risk. Neither the Company nor any person associated with the NYZO Design makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy or availability of the services. For international deliveries, prices exclude relevant import duties and sales taxes.
As the recipient of the order, you must pay import VAT and other charges, determined by your country before your parcel can be delivered (you will receive a notification about them before delivery).
3. SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, please allow us 48 hours to process it between Monday and Friday. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
We strive to process orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining a high level of service quality.

We offer Standard and Express shipping methods to suit your needs. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the chosen method.

3.9 DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed between Monday and Friday. Delivery is made within 4-6 working days of dispatch within the UK, 6-12 working days of dispatch within the EU, and 7-14 working days of dispatch to other destinations. Please consider that some couriers may deliver slightly later or earlier. Tracking information for your order will be provided in your dispatch e-mail once it leaves our distribution centre.

As the recipient of the order, you must pay import VAT and other charges, determined by your country before your parcel can be delivered (you will receive a notification about them before delivery). These charges should be paid directly to our carrier to release your order from Customs. We are unable to advise you on the exact cost of import taxes and duties. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your local Customs office or tax authority before placing an order. If you refuse to pay the relevant import charges and the parcel is automatically returned to us, we will deduct the delivery fee and a 10% administration fee from the refund of your order.
3.11 COURIERS
We utilise various couriers to provide you with the optimal delivery solution. Couriers we use for deliveries include Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, EVRI, Fedex and DHL.
3.12 ‘Out of Stock’ ITEMS
If your item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you are happy to wait, you will be billed, and the item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
Otherwise, we will cancel your order and issue a refund within 3 working days.
4. RETURN
If you changed your mind about your order, you can send it back to us within 28 days from the day of delivery. Please provide us with your order number and details of the items you wish to return at info@nyzodesign.com. The returned item must be in excellent, original condition, undamaged and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, so that we can return it to stock.
4.1 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please contact our customer service team at info@nyzodesign.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
4.2 RETURN SHIPPING
The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We offer you the freedom to decide how and which courier company you use for returns. However, we can only accept your return if it is sent back with a ‘Return’ note on delivery note and package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
4.3 REFUND PROCESS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue a refund for the full value of your order, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days using the original method of payment.
4.4 EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure that you receive the replacement item promptly.
Please note that exchanges are not available for international delivery.
4.5 FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or provide you with a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of priority or premium postal services or insurance, but we will cover reasonable return shipment costs.
4.6 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please bear in mind that items marked ‘Final Sale’ have been heavily discounted and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights. These items will be marked as ‘Final Sale’ and will be visible at checkout.
5. REFUND
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will issue a refund for the full value of your order, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days, using the original method of payment. We recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain your receipt as proof of sending. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment unless you cancel your order before it is dispatched.
If your item is ‘Out of stock’, we will notify you by email. If you are happy to wait, you will be billed, and the item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Otherwise, we will cancel your order and issue a refund within 3 working days.

c. Resolution Proposal: After completing the investigation, our dispute resolution team will propose a resolution to the customer. This proposal will outline the steps NYZO Design is willing to take to address the customer’s concerns and resolve the dispute.
d. Customer Response: The customer will have the opportunity to review the resolution proposal and provide feedback. If the customer accepts the proposed resolution, the dispute will be considered resolved.
e. Mediation or Arbitration: If the customer is not satisfied with the proposed resolution, both parties may agree to engage in mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute. This process will be conducted by an independent third-party mediator or arbitrator, whose decision will be binding on both parties.
3. Escalation
If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation or arbitration, either party may choose to pursue legal action to resolve the dispute, governed by the law of the United Kingdom.

5.3 CANCELLATION
